Grubbs Mill Farm

Grubbs Mill Farm in historic Willistown Township, Chester County, an area rich in history. This region was part of the 50,000-acre Welsh Tract surveyed for William Penn in 1684, drawing settlers from Wales and surrounding English counties. Agriculture flourished throughout the 1700s, and Grubbs Mill Farm was established around 1702. The property features a German bank barn, two houses, an outbuilding, and a spring house, all set against the backdrop of conservation land, including nature preserves and open spaces, further preserving the area’s rural charm and historical significance.
