Historic renovation and preservation of the historic property of the Ashbridge family. The mansion was originally built in the 1830s and was part of a larger estate. Over the years, the property changed hands, Ranieri & Kerns completed the most current renovation not only preserving the property but converting into a community and shared hospitality center. The rich history has made it a notable landmark in the area. Today, blending historic elements and contemporary living, it is part of a residential community, but the mansion itself still stands as a testament to Chester County’s historical charm.
