Ashbridge Mansion: Exton, PA

Historic renovation and preservation of the Ashbridge family’s historic property. The mansion was originally built in the 1830s and was part of a larger estate. Over the years, the property changed hands, and Ranieri & Kerns completed the most recent renovation, not only preserving the property but also converting it into a community-shared hospitality center. Its rich history has made it a notable landmark in the area. Today, blending historic elements with contemporary living, it is part of a residential community, but the mansion itself still stands as a testament to Chester County’s historical charm.
